Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers. As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
- Monitor and record vital signs as required
- Provide direct support and companionship to clients
- Manage behaviors and conflicts effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Support seniors with assisted living needs
- Offer childcare services when necessary

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care, childcare, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of care plans and behavior management techniques
- Ability to assist with ADLs and monitor vital signs
- Strong conflict management skills
- Direct support experience is a plus

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

• Rotating weekends
